1. Deadline for financial support from JCRS for graduate students
 and young researchers: Feb. 22, 2014.
2. Deadline for abstract submission: extended to Feb. 05, 2014.
3. Deadline for APCRS 2014 Student Competition application:
 Feb. 15, 2014.
4. Early bird registration: submit payment by Feb. 28, 2014.
5. Advance registration: by Mar. 31, 2014.

Registration fee for each conference participant will cover:
>>Participation in oral and poster sessions
>>A conference goody bag
>>Welcome Reception
>>Farewell Party
>>Lunches during Jun 23~27
>>Refreshments during breaks
>>One NMMBA aquarium admission ticket
>>Internet access at the lobby of the venue during Jun 23~27

* Registration must be accompanied by a letter from the Head of Department confirming your status and a copy of a valid student card in order to qualify for the student rate. Please e-mail these documents to APCRS2014 secretary (apcrs2014@nmmba.gov.tw).
** Accompanying guests (up to 2 per registered participant) are entitled to Welcome Reception, Farewell Party, and NMMBA aquarium tickets (one per guest). 

Payment
Payment for registration fees can be made via:

  1. Credit card through the website.
    The charge will be made in US dollars according to the currency exchange rate on the actual day of the transaction. Bank charges are the responsibility of the payer and should be paid at the source in addition to the registration fee.

Bank charges are the responsibility of the payer and should be paid at the source in addition to the registration fees. While making payment, please include the name of the participant and registration number so that we can track down your payment. Payment via bank transfer is considered completed only upon receiving confirmation from the bank.

Cancellation Policy
>>Refund of Registration Fees will be made upon receipt of a written notification by e-mail only, as follows:
>>Up to 90 days prior to arrival for a full refund (less bank charges)
>>Up to 30 days prior to arrival with a cancellation charge of $50
>>Please note that there will be NO refund if the cancellation notification is received less than 30 days prior to arrival
